Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of

SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR SCOVILLE
BUSINESS PARK 2ND ADDITION FOR DONALD C. WILDMAN (83023)
WHERAS, the City Council has approved We Final Plat for Scoville R„siness Park 2nd
Addition as requested by Donald C. Wildman;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following conditions to be met
prior to recording and regarding sold plat:
1. Compliance with City's Engineer Memorandum.
2. Evidence shall be submitted verifying that the Declarations of Restrictions
and Covenants dated July 15, 1983 have been filed and recorded at Hennepin
County.
3. A 30 -ft. trail easement shall be provided along Fernbrook Lane. The
appropriate easement documents shall be filed concurrently with the Final
Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
