RESOLUTION NO. 83-468
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS 5TH ADDITION FOR TOMARK DEVFLOPMFNT COMPANY AND
PLYMOUTH HILLS COMPANY (RPUD 82-1) (82013)
WHEREAS, Tomark Development Co. and Plymouth Hills Company have requested approval of
the Final Plat for one lot located southeast of County Road 9 and Plymouth Boulevard;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Tomark Develupment
Co. and Plymouth Hills Company for Final Plat approval of Plymouth Hills 5th Addition
RPUD 82-1, a plat for one lit located southeast of County Road 9 and Plymouth
Boulevard.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
