CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the In day of September , 1983.

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 467
APPROVING PRELIf1INARY PLAT AND VARIANCES FOR JOHN DEVRIES, DEVRIES BUILDERS, INC., FOR
DEVRIES 2Nn ADDITION (83031)
WHEREAS, John Devries, Devries Builders Inc., has requested approval for Preliminary
Plat and Variances for DEVRIES 2ND ADDITION, a plat for 22 single family lots located
west of County Road 18 at 29th Avenue North, in the south half of Section 24; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of John Devries, Devries
Builders, Inc. for Preliminary Plat and Variances for DEVRIES 2ND ADDITION located west
of County Road 18 at 29th Avenue North, in the south half of Section 24, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until Contracts for municipal sewer and
water are awarded.
4. Provisions for a 30 -ft. wide trail outict per Comprehensive Park Plan, as
verified by the Parks and Engineering Department, with submittal of detailed
plans as to construction of the trail per City standards.
S. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedicaton with appropriate credits
In an amount determined according to verified ?-reage and paving costs and
according to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final
Plat.
6. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming System.
