[+��t r.., r g sFr'o CITY Of PIYMDM Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ss ecial meeting of the City Council of j the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the —12th day of September 1883, The following members were present:Wor Dayenpor. , ..ounci (members Men, SUM and Thre i nen �. .w....r...._. ...�. ,. wum- 1 1lown1mv ne7 i s un ilmember Threinen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-466 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND VARIANCES FOR SHERWOOD PERL FOR PARKERS WOODS (83028) WHEREAS, Sherwood Perl has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat and Variances for Parkers Woods a replat of 12 single family lots within SUBURBANDALE ON PARKERS LAKF Into 7 single family residential lots, on property located south of Kingsview Lane and east of Juneau Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called public hear- ing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITU OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat and Variances for Sherwood Perl for Parkers Woods, located south of Kingsview Lane and east of Juneau Lane subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. No Building Permits shall be Issued until a contract has been awarded for sewer and water. 4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of f1l1nq the Final Plat. 5. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naminq System. 6. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regaring minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 7. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 8. Approved Variances are as follows: a) Minimum lot size of 12,400 sq. ft. with average lot size of 14,700 sq. ft. versus 18,500 sq, ft. minimum requirement. b) Lot depth of 110 ft. versus 120 ft. Ordinance minimum. c) Front yard setback of 25 ft. rather than 35 ft. 9. Final Plat application to include a request for vacation of Kinqsview Lane right-of-way and a petition for utility improvements. 10. Evidence to be submitted prior to the Final Plat application that the petitioner has purchased the accretion area through Hennepin County. 11.
