Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 465
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCF REZONING, LAND LOCATED
BETWEEN DUNKIRK AND VICKSBURG LANE, AND SOUTH OF 26TH AVENUE NORTH IN MPUD 83-1 (82066)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land between
Dunkirk Lane and Vicksburg Lane and south of 26th Avenue North in MPUD 83-1 from FRD
(future restricted development) District to R -1A (low density single family
residential) District and R-2 (low density medium residential) District in conjunction
with approval of a Final Plat for Parkers Lake Development -Stage A: The Vicksburg West
Property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Parkers Lake
Development -Stage A: The Vicksburg West Property (MPUD 83-1) to be filed with Hennepin
County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken t ereon, OW
