Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 461
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT 232
WHEREAS, the following described parcel of land shall be deferred for sanitary
sewer lateral at the established rate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following parcel shall be deferred for a period not to exceed
five (5) years, provided however, that if the property is sold or further sub-
divided during that five year period, the deferred assessment shall become payable
in full.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
