RESOLUTION NO. 83- 457
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 208
WHEREAS, the following described parcel of homesteaded land shall be assessed
for the first 165 feet of frontage, with the balance being deferred at the
established rate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following parcel shall be deferred for that portion
of the assessment that applies to the water lateral frontage that exceeds 165
feet in the manner as stated above for a period not to exceed five (5) years,
provided however, that if the property is sold, not used by the owner for his
homestead, of further subdivided during that five year period, the deferred
assessment shall become payable in full.
