Pursuant to due call. and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of
September , 1983. The following members were present: �M�ottor Davenport,
Councilmeem:oer+s�Moen, Schneider and Threinen The following members were
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 448
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 920-010-014
WHEREAS, the following described parcel of land shall be deferred, for watermain
and sanitary sewer lateral as per the agreement between the owners of Amhurst
2nd and 3rd Addition at the established rate with Interest at 8.38% beim
assessed each year to cover the debt service;
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following parcel shall. be deferred for a period not
to exceed five (5) years, provided however, that if the property is sold or
further subdivided during that five year period, the deferred assessment on the
replatted portion shall become payable in full.
FURTHER, that the interest on the deferred assessment will he assessed each
year.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
