RESOLUTION NO. 83-447
A RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR
1984 CITY BUDGETS AND 1984-89 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
FOR MONDAY, SEPTFMBER 19, 1983
WHEREAS, in accordance with state statute, the City Council annually adopts various
operating budgets; and
WHEREAS, on an annual basis the City Council reviews and updates components of the
City's five year Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to receive information from the public relative to the
proposed budgets and capital improvement program; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is annually established for the purpose of obtaining resi-
dent input;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that it should and hereby does establish Monday, September 19, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. as
the public hearing date for public review and comment regarding the 1984 City Rudgets
and 1984-89 Capital Improvement Program; and
FURTHER, does hereby direct the City Clerk to cause public notice of such hearings to
be published in the City's official newspaper, the New Hope -Plymouth Post.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
