CgU #% Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its a ,opt ons RESOLUTION NO. 63-446 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND SCHMIDT LAKE WOODS 4TH ADDITION (A-681) WHEREAS, to accordance with the development contract dated February 2,1983, Enterprise Properties, developer of Schmidt Lake Woods 4th Addition, (A-681), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT MFW AMOUNT Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading do Drainage Improvements Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL $ 799673 $13,645 36,875 3,688 22,786 21,279 17,840 11,784 6,400 69400 -0- -0- 300 300 1,000 1,000 2,000 2,000 -0- -0- -0- -0- 20,025 3,732 $186,899 $34,828 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $186,899 to $34,828 to reflect the completed work.
