The follow n members were present: armor_ tavenport, "jljjWers en, Neils and Schne d r The followinmembers irere Councilmember Poen_ introduced the following Resolution and moved its adopt. ons RESOLUTION NO. 83- 443 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PR03ECT NO. 920, 010, 014 KINGSVIEW LANE, JUNEAU LANE, BROCKPAHLER ADDITION, AMHURST 2ND AND 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 22, 1983 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following Improvements: Juneau Lane from County Road 9 to 46th Avenue, 46th Avenue from Quantico Lane to Juneau Lane, Kingsview Lane west of Juneau Lane, and County Road 9 from Juneau Lane to Vicksburg Lane, Orchid Circle by the installation of sanitary sewer and water laterals and services, storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 12th day of September, 1983 in the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assess- ment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hear- ing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the offi- cial newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted In favor t ereof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Aen, Neils _And qghnubidpr--- The following vote against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
