RESOLUTION NO. 83- 436
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 9209 010, 014
JUNEAU LANE, KINGSVIEW LANE, BROCKPAHLER ADDITION, AMHURST 2ND AND 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, contract has been let for the improvement of:
Juneau Lane from County Road 9 to 46th Avenue, 46th Avenue from Ouantico
Lane to Juneau Lane, Kingsview Lane west of Juneau Lane, and County Road 9
from Juneau Lane to Vicksburg Lane, Orchid Circle
by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain laterals and services, water
and sanitary sewer trunk facilities, storm sewer, bituminous street with con-
crete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price
for such improvement is $735,751.76 and the expenses Incurred or to be incurred
In the making of said improvement amount to $146,493.42, so the total cost of
the improvement will be $882,245.18 and of this cost the City will pay
$210,940.47 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $671,304.71.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk
shall file a copy of such proposed assessment In the office of the City
Clerk for public Inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
