The fQ11owii members were resent: a or Davenport, x` o n+c m en, Neils and 5chnei r p u The follow n, ers were absent: ouTgrelgen o ncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 434 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 232 MOUNT OLIVET LUTHERAN CHURCH WHEREAS, contract has been let for the improvement of: County Road 9 from a point 400 feet, more or less, west of Larch Lane to a point 1,200 feet, more or less, west of Larch Lane by the installation of sanitary sewer lateral and trunk facilities, and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $43,568.10 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $9,216.01, so the total cost of the improvement will be $52,784.11 and of this cost the City will pay $6,539.73 as its share of the cost; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $46,244.38. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof.
