'Pursuant to cue call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of

RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 211
OXBOW RIDGE
WHEREAS, contract has been let for the improvement of:
46th Avenue west of Vicksburg Lane and Weston Lane north and south of 46th
Avenue
by the installation of sanitary sewer and watermain laterals, storm sewer, b1tu-
minous street with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances,
and the contract price for such improvement is $1809519.14 and the expenses
Incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to
$369354.96, so the total cost of the improvement will be $216,874.10 and of this
cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $216,874.10.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk
shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City
Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
