The follow erg were absent: u G re nen CoNqr-ilMoftr Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 430 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 201 BROCKPAHLER ADDITION WHEREAS, contract has been let for the improvement of: 41st Avenue east of Juneau Lane by the installation of sanitary sewer and water laterals and services, bitumi- nous street with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $59,153.17 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $12,128.16, so the total cost of the improvement will be $72,281.33 and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $71,281.33. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a co!iy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for publ', inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of zuch proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof.
