Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83 - 428
GARBAGE HAULERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Garbage Haulers License has been recieved from:
Robert Carling, Proprietor d/b/a
Eden Prairie Trashtronics
6331 Industrial Boulevard
Eden Priairie, Minn 55344
WHEREAS, the above application was received in accordance with Chapter V1,
section 600.01 of the City Code; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that a Garbage Haulers License be approved for Robert Carling, Proprietor
d/b/a Eden Prairie Trashtronics for the period ending March 31, 1984.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
