RESOLUTION NO. 83- 427
APFROVINC CHANCE ORDER NO. 1
1983 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
ADDING PROJECT NO. 244
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the 1983 Street Improvements:
Add Project No. 244, Amhurst 5th Addition, to contract
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the street Improvements contract for 1983 is
recommended for approval;

NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for the 1983 street improvements
contract adding $19,813.00 is approved and the original contract price of
$221,156.75 is revised to $240,969.75.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
