RESOLUTION NO. 83- 424
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $3,000 TO THE PARK DEDICATION FUND
WHEREAS, on June 27, 1983, the Plymouth City Council authorized the acquisition
of property on the northeast corner of 18th Avenue and Forestview Lane, and
WHEREAS, the total cost of said acquisition was made from the Park Dedication
Fund, and
WHEREAS, a substantial cost savings on the 18th Avenue Improvement Project was
incurred by the purchase of this lot,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the finance director is authorized to transfer $3,000
from the 816-816-830-122 account to 218-000-390.00-122-000 City Parks, Playfields
and Trails, Park Dedication Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
