Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 423
SETTING CONDITIONS REGARDING AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR RICHARD
AND BEVERLY McCOMB (83024)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Richard and Beverly McComb
under Resolution No. 83 -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment cif Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to filing
the Lot Division in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time
of filing the division.
3. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with
Hennepin County.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot
Division with Hennepin County.
5. No variances are granted or implied.
6. Notice that no variances are granted or implied should be filed with
the property with the filing of a covenant, if the property is Torrens,
or filing the Resolution setting conditions if the property is
Abstract.
