Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 422
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR RICHARD AND BEVERLY McCOMB (83024)
WHEREAS, Richard and Beverly McComb have requested approval for Lot Division for
property located east of Ferndale Road, Lot 4, Block 9, "Ferndale N-)rth Third
Addition";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that they should and hereby do approve the Lot Division for Richard and
Beverly McComb for property east of Ferndale Road, Lot 4, Rlock 9, "Ferndale North
Third Addition":
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 4, Block 9, Ferndale North Third Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided as follows:
PROPOSED DIVISION

drawn West perpendicular to the West line of said lot from the angle point in the

of a line drawn West perpendicular to the West line of said lot from the angle

FURTHER,
That the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
