Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83-421
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR ST. CROIX VENTURES (80010)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for St. Croix Ventures for property located at the southeast
corner of Vicksburg Lane and State Highway No. 55, was approved under City Council
Resolution No. 80-176; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form oa' a Letter. of Credit in the amount of $45,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 59683 in the amount of $45,000 which was submitted to guarantee improvements for
property located at the southeast corner of Vicksburg Lane and State Highway No. 55 and
subject to the following condition:
1. The submittal of an "As -Built" mylar survey to the City.
