RESOLUTION NO. 83- 420
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR THOMPSON LUMBER COMPANY (A-617)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Thompson Lumber Company, located at 1005 North County Road 18
was approved under City Council Resolution No. 80-751; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a bond in the amount of $30,000; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 83-117 authorized the reduction of the Site
Performance Bond to $5,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Fend;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. 54-19163 In thr amount of $30,000 which was submitted to guarantee
Improvements for Thompson L..,ber Company at 1005 North County Road 18.
