WHEREAS, a Site Plan for First Bank - Plymouth, located at 3305 Plymouth Boulevard, was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 81-218; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee In the
form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $139,000;
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, PE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 101A in the amount of $139,000 which was submitted to guarantee improvements for
First Bank - Plymouth located 3305 Piymouth Boulevard.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C00%ilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, t
ollowlng voted In favor thereof: ayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
