HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-415y CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of August 1983 The following members were present:Mayor Dayenport;'t'tfi]fiLilmembe , Ne s were absent: �Runcilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 415 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDME_FOR ROBERT RUBIN, FOR STEVENS-LEF COMPANY (83029) WHEREAS, Robert Rubin, for Stevens -Lee Company has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment cunsisting of a 30,702 sq.ft. addition to a building located on the northeas� corner of Xenium Lane and County Road 6; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Site Plan Amendment for Robert Rubin, for Stevens -Lee Company for a 30,702 sq. ft. addition to the building located on the northeast corner of Xenium Lane and Count;y Road 6 subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum 2. Submission of required performance agreement and financial guarantee for completion of site improvements. 3. All waste and waste containers shall be stored and screened within an approved structure and no outside storage is permitted. 4. Appropriate legal documents establishing a covenant on the property shall be approved by the City Attorney and filed at Hennepin County identifying that the future use of the building may require the construction of a parking ramp to satisfy Ordinance parking requirements. 5. Lot coverage of 40% is permitted on the basis that the proposal complies with Section 10, Subdivision C, 12. 6. If the Land Division/Consolidation is not filed, the proposed Site Plan shall be revised to comply with Ordinance requirements regarding lot coverage and parking requirements, and shall be resubmitted for review and approval. 7. No building permits shall be issued until the Land Division/Consolidation is filed at Hennepin County.
