Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ontie — nd day of August , 1953,

o n ilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-413
APPROVING LAND DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR ROBERT RUBTN FOR STEVENS-LEE COMPANY (83029)
WHEREAS, Robert Rubin for Stevens -Lee Company has requested approval of a Land
Division/Consolidation; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve division of platted land located in
the northeast corner of Xenium Lane and County Road 6, more specifically described as
follows.
EXISTING PARCELS
Parcel A That part of Lot 4 lying so-sth of the n,�_th 308.73 feet thereof, and
Mt aat part of Lot 3 lying north of a Ilac described as follows: Commencing at a
point on the northeast line of said Lot 3, distant 75 feet southeasterly as
measured along said northeast line from the northeast corner of Lot 3; thence
southwesterly along a course perpendicular to said northeast line of said Lot 3 to
the west line of said Lot 3 and there terminating. All in Block 4 Minneapolis
Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
Parcel B That part of Lot 3, Block 4, Minneapolis Industrial Park, according to
t:� a recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying south of a line
described as follows: Commencing at a point on the northeast line of said Lot 3,
distant 75 feet southeasterly as measured along said northeast line from the
northeast corner of Lot 3; thence southwesterly al.mq a course perpendicular to
said northeast line of said Lot 3 to the west line of said Lot 3 and there
terminating.

Parcel A That part of Lot 4 lying south of the north 308.73 feet thereof, and
that part of of Lot 3 lying north of a line described as follows: Commencing at a
point on the northeast line of said Lot 3, distant 75 feet southeasterly as
measured along said northeast line from the northeast corner of Lot 3; thence
southwesterly along a course perpendicular to said northeast line of said Lot 3 to
the west line of said Lot 3 and there terminating. All in Block 4 Minneapolis
Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin Courty,
Minnesota;
Also, that part of Lot 3, Block 4, Minneapolis Industrial Park, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying south of a line described
as follows: Commencing at a point on the northeast line of said Lot 3, distant 75
feet southeasterly as measured along said northeast line from the northeast corner
of Lot 3; thence southwesterly along a course perpendicular to said northeast line
of said Lot 3 to the west line of said Lot 3 and there terminating. EXCEPT that
part of said Lot 3 lying Southerly of said Lot 3; thence North 6 degrees 41
minutes 32 seconds West, along the west line of sald Lot 3 a distance of 96.11
feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North Al
degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 156.49 feet to a point on a 55.no
foot radius curve, the center of said curve bears south 56 degrees 49 minutes 11
seconds Fast from said point; thence Easterly along said curve, central anqle 82
degrees 09 minutes 40 seconds, 79.86 feet to the easterly line of said Lot 3, and
said line there terminating.

Me recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying southerly of a line
described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence
North 6 degrees 41 minutes 32 seconds West, along the west line of said Lot 3 a
distance of 96.11 feet to the point of beginning of the line to he described;
thence North 61 degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 156.48 feet to a
point on a 55.00 foot radius curve, the cneter of said curve hears south 56
degrees 49 minutes 11 seconds East from said point; thence Easterly alonq said
curve, central angle 62 degrees 09 minutes 40 seconds. 79.86 feet to the easterly
line of said Lot 3, and said line there terminating.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
