Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Hinnesota, was held on tuna day of August M3 ,

CoMpcilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 410
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR DAVID
PETERSON, HARRISON HILLS PARTNERSHIP FOR IARRISON HILLS 2ND ADDITION" (RPUD 80-2)

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Harrison Hills 2nd Addition as requested by David Peterson, Harrison Hills partnership;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to filing and
recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for the
construction of municipal sewer and water.
4. Rezoning shall be finaled with filing of the Final Plat.
6. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
7. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and
restrictions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final
Plat.
8. Submission of required Site Improvements Performance Agreement and financial
guarantees for completion of site improvements.
9. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance and final detailed plans
shall be submitted with the Final Plan/Plat application.
The ration for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
