SETTING C014DITIONS REGARDING AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR JOSEPH
MANNIKKO (83034)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Josph MannIkko under
Resolution No. 83 -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum, except item no. 12A is
amended to permit a driveway also within 50 ft. of the northwest
corner.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to filing
the Lot Division in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time
of filing the division.
4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Diviston is filed with
Hennepin County.
5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Divi-
sion with Hennepin County.
6. Notice that no variances are granted or implied shall be filed on the
property with the filing of a covenant, if the property is Torrens, or
filing the resolution setting conditions if the property is Abstract.
7. Prior to the issuance of a Building Permit, the engineer's office shall
check the plans for any construction on the lot, to be sure that the
construction does not exacerbate any drainage problems to the neighbor
to the north.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
