RESOLUTION NO. 83- 407
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR JOSEPH MANNIKKO (83034)
WHEREAS, Joseph Mannikko has requested approval for Lot Division for property located
on Lot 10, Block 1, HAWTHORNE PONDS Development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that they should and hereby do approve the Lot Division for Joseph Mannikko
for property on Lot 10, Block 1, HAWTHORNE PONDS Development:

Lot M, Mock 9, HAWTHORNE PONDS, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided as follows:

lies westerly of the following described line; Commencing at the northwest corner
of said Lot 10; thence on an assumed bearing of North 81 degrees 46 minutes East
along the northerly line of said Lot 10 a distance of 108.80 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence South 8 degrees 38 minutes 06
seconds West, 181.95 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 10 and said line there
terminating.

FURTHER,
That the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoinq Resolution was duly seconded by
