RESOLUTION NO. 83- 4.06
APPROVING ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR G. WILLY'S PIZZERIA FOR TIMOTHY J. SPENCER
WHEREAS, application for On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has
been received for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council,
in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
be approved for a period from August 23, 1983 through June 30, 1984 for
G. Willy's Pizzeria, 3431 County Road 18, Plymouth, MN 55441 for Timothy
is J. Spencer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
