Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 404
A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CHAIN LINK FENCING
AT ZACHARY PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved Capital Improvements Program which
calls for the installation of chain link fence at Zachary Lane Playfield, and

WHEREAS, sealed bids have been received, opened and reviewed for this project, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has folmd the bids to be in order and conformance with said
specifications dated July 21, 1983,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the award of bid for the installation of fencing at Zachary Playfield
be made to Metropolitan Fence, Inc., in the amount of $27,023, and further, that the
Finance Director is hereby authorized to transfer $27,023 from the Park Dedication -
City Playfields Account (218-218) to the Construction Fund for this project.
