CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular_ meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of

RESOLUTION NO. 83-403
APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT
HIGHWAY 55 AT PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD/NIAGARA LANE
CITY PROSECT NO. 301
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter Into an agreement with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the followinq purposes, to -wit:
To install and to provide elctrical energy and certain main-
tenance to the permanent traffic control signal with street
lights and signing on Trunk Highway 55 at Niagara Lane/Plymouth
Boulevard in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth
and contained in Agreement No. 61568, a copy of which was before
the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City of Plymouth officers be and hereby
are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf
of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $10,110 be transferred from the City's M.S.A. Fund
(402-402-965) to the Construction Fund (401-000-301) to finance said construc-
tion.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counctimember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
