CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held orthe 1st day of
Auaust. 1983. The following members were present: mayor Davenport,

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 398
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROSECT
STREET LIGHTING - HUMPHREY ESTATES ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 1, 1983, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of the Humphrey Estates Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council August 1, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted August 1, 1983. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.

3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will, be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen, and upon vote beingtha�en tthere th
