The following members were present:r Davenport, ri ers enj Neils and Schneider . The following members were absent: Councilmember Inreinen Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-396 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - WILLOW BEND ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., requesting installation of ornamental residential street lightinq in the Willow Bend Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Willow Bend Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on August 1, 1983, Is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This dec- laration is made In conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assesment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other Improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Council r MORO ,and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted n favor thereof: Magor Davenport, Councilmembers Aoen,.
