Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
i ve its adoption:__
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 395
APPROVING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND REPORT FOR CARLSON CENTER AREA
UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 246
WHEREAS, by Resolution NO. 83-324 the City of Plymouth has entered into an agree-
ment with the City of Minnetonka for road and utility improvements in conjunction
with the Carlson Center Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City of Minnetonka in accordance with the agreement is responsible
for the construction of Carlson Parkway at Cheshire Lane; and
WHEREAS, the City of Minnetonka has had prepared a Feasibility Study and report
on these improvements and is requesting approval from the City of Plymouth of this
Feasibility Study;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report entitled "Feasibility Study and Report for Carlson Center
Area (Carlson Parkway, Twelve Oaks Center Drive, Cheshire Lane), Street and Utility
Improvements" dated December 10, 1982 and prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. is
hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
