RESOLUTION NO. 83- 394
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 122
FOX FOREST/18TH AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83-225 levied assessments on P.I.N. 26-118-22-31-002;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined to defer this assessment until January 1, 1987
and interest shall start on said date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the assessment levied by Resolution No. 83-225 for the
following parcel shall be deferred until January 1, 1987; provided, however,
that if the property is subdivided, the deferred assessment shall be come
payable:

FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the assessment shall be placed on the property at
the expiration of the deferment and in accordance with Pesolution No. 83-225.
