Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was field on the 1St day of
Au ust , 1983. The following members were present:,mor Davenport,

ncilihember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 393
AMENDINC RESOLUTION NO. 83-224, 83-225 AND 83-226
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 83-224, 83-225 and 83-226, interest was to start
on May 2, 1983 for Project 122;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that Paragraph 2 of the Resolution 83-224, 83-225 and 83-226 concerninq
the date interest shall start from shall be amended to state that interest shall
begin on June 1, 1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote beinq taken thereon, the
