Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83-392
REMOVING PARCEL 26-118-22-31-0002 FROM
PROJECT 122 ASSESSMENT ROLL
(OTHER THAN FOX FOREST)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 83-225 and 83-226, special
assessments were levied by the City Council for Project No. 122, street and
utilities; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement with the property owner of the above mentioned
property, the City agreed to defer the assessments on said parcel until January
19 1987; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will remove the assessments from the assessment
roll and defer them under a separate resolution until January 1, 1987 unless
subdivided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the assessments be removed from the the street and utility
assessment roll and water area assessment roll in the following amount as they
apply to the parcel here listed:
