RESOLUTION NO. 83-391
CORRECTING RESOLUTION NO. 83-224 AND PROJECT 122 ASSESSMENT ROLL

WHEREAS, we have received a waiver of assessment hearing from the property
owners of Fox Forest Addition waiving their right to special assessment hearings
concerning the increase in assessment for the necessary improvements within
their addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED 8Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Resolution 83-224 shall be amended to show the increased assessment
for the improvement from $278,699.42 to $286,199.42.
2. The assessment roll shall be mended to show the increased improvement
assessments as they apply to the parcels here listed:
