the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of August 1983.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-339
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR FILING AND REGARDING FINAL REGISTERED LAND SURVEY
FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (83033)
WHEREAS, The City Council has approved a Final Registered Land Survey for three tracts
located west of Pineview Lane in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following to be met prior to
filing:
0 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted n favor thereof: Mavor'Dajenport; Councilmembers Moen, -Neils and
Schneider
following voted against or abstained: - none
