RESOLUTION NO. 83- 388
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY AND FINAL REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
(83033)
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth has requested approval for Preliminary and Final
Registered Land Survey for three Tracts located west of Pineview Lane in the Southeast
Quarter of Section 3; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY �tLSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should ane hereby does approve the Preliminary and Final Registered
Land Survey for the City of Plymouth for three Tracts located west of Pineview Lane in
the Southeast Quarter of Section 3.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
