the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the ISt day of August -- -- . 1983.

Counciimember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 386
APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND SITE PLAN FOR ASCENSION LUTHERAN CHURCH (RPUD
79-2) (83016)
WHEREAS, Ascension Lutheran Church requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit and
Site Plan for a church to be located on the northeast corner of Vicksburg Lane and 46th
Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the request of Ascension Lutheran
Church for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for the construction of a church to
be located on the northeast corner of Vicksburg Lane and 46th Avenue North subject to
the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication has been satisfied
through Development Contract 79046 "Amhurst 2nd Addition".
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Improvement Performance
Agreement for completion of site improvements.
4. Signage shall be in compliance with the approved plan.
5. Any subsequent phases, expansions, and conditional uses are subject to
required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions.
6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the approved structure
and no outside storage is permitted.
7. Approval of temporary curbing for areas noted for future expansion or until
deemed necessary.
8. No building permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepn County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken tyereo�n,�the
