the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the ISt day of -August- 1983.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
a op ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 385
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR AMHURST 6TH
ADDITION FOR ASCENSION LUTHERAN CHURCH (RPUD 79-2) (83016)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Amhurst 6th ddition as requested by Ascension Lutheran Church;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following conditions to he met
prior to recording and regarding said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No Building Permits shall be issued until a contract has been awarded for the
construction of municipal sewer and water.
3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
4. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
