Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-384
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ASCENSION LUTHERAN CHURCH FOR
AMHURST SIXTH ADDITION (RPUD 79-2) (79046)
WHEREAS, Ascension Lutheran Church requests approval for Final Plat and Development
Contract for Amhurst Sixth Addition, a plat for one lot and block located at the
northeast corner of Vicksburg Lane and 46th Avenue North in Amhurst RPUD 79-2; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recomr-:�nds approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Ascension Lutheran Church for Amhurst Sixth Addition for one lot and block
located at the northeast corner of VtAksburg Lane and 46th Avenue North;
10 FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
the City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by --
