RESOLUTION NO. 83- 383
APPROVING REVISED RPUD PLAN FOR AMHURST RPUD 79-2 (79046)
WHEREAS, Ascension Lutheran Church has requested approval of a Revised RPUD Plan for
Amhurst RPUD 79-2 reducing the maximum number of dwelling units by 14 to a total of 339
dwelling units, and adding a church at the northeast corner of Vicksburg Lane and 46th
Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution 79-544 approved a Preliminary Plat for Hans
Hagen Homes for "Amhurst", RPUD 79-2; and under Resolution No. 81-764 approved a
Revised Concept Plan and Preliminary Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Puhlic
Hearing and recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Ascension Lutheran
Church for revison to the RPUD Plan for "Amhurst" (RPUD 79-2) subject to the following
conditions:
1. A church facility shall be allowed at the northeast corner of 46th Avenue
North and Vicksburg !ane, subject to Ordinance conditional use and site plan
requl rement�:.
2. All applicable conditions of Resolution No. 79-544 shall be carried forward
for this development.
3. Future development of the church site shall comply with the revised PUD Plan,
specifically the Master Site Plan, as submitted.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
