The follow members were present:�r Davenport, ounce mem a oen,- eiIs,and Schnee The following members were absent: Counci mem er TFre1 n ouncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and mved Its adoption: — RESOLUTION NO. 83- 380 APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, applications for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants Licenses have been received from Mark Anthony Sanders, 4832 Jersey Ave. N.; Kelly Lee Parker, 7 Kaiser Ave.; Bob Bohannon Demuth, 4832 Jersen Ave. N.; David Brown, 3930 Lancaster Lane; Nick Merritt, 411 Dayton Road; John Mitchell White, 4832 Jersey Ave. N.; and Jim Poe, 4832 Jersey Ave. N. to sell cable TV service door to door for Storer Cable, 6901 Winnetka Ave. N., in the City of Plymouth in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and WHEREAS, the applications have been reviewed and approved by the Police Department; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the applications of Mark Anthony Sanders, Kelly Lee Parker, Bob Demuth, David Brown, Nick Merritt, John Mitchell White, and Jim Poe for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring December 31, 1983 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ouncilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor ereo Mayor Davenport, Councilmember Moen, Neils and Schneider The following voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
