RESOLUTION NO. 83- 378
A RESOLUTION APPROVING, THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR
FENCING OF BALLFIELDS AT ZACHARY LANE PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a Comprehensive Capital Improvement Program
which calls for the construction of fencing of ballfields at Zachary Lane
Playfield in the year 1984, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Park and Recreation has recommended the moving up of
this project to the fall of 1983, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and concurs
with this recommendation to move this project forward to the fall of 1983, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed a memorandum from the Director of Park
and Recreation dated July 12, 1983, and concurs with his recommendation to
construct the fencing of ballfields at Zachary Playfield in the fall of 1983,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Director of Park and Recreation is hereby
authorized to prepare plans, specifications and the advertisement fcr bids
for the fencing of athletic fields at the Zachary Lane Playfield. Said work
to be completed in the fall of 1983.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Co ncilmember Neils .. , and vote beim taken the the
following voted in MR thereof: Ma r Davenport, Councilmembershoen, Neils
and Schneider
