Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,000 1,000 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 3,000 3,000 Site Grading & Drainage Improvements 15,000 -0- Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 14,001 6,425 TOTAL Councilmember Moen ---- introduced the following Resolution and moved its to $59,970 to reflect the completed work. a pt an: FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the Watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of RESOLUTION NO. 83- 376 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND MERRY MIDDLEMIST ADDITION (81055) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 13, 1983, Beverly H. Lillyblad, Duane Lillyblad, Helen M. Fries, Robert Middlemist, Jr. and Merry Middlemist, developer of Merry Middlemist Addition, (81055), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOHHN T HEW AMOHHNT Street Construction S 42,750 S42,750 Sanitary Sewer 22,450 2,245 Watermain 22,250 -0- Storm Sewer 5,675 -0- Boulevard Sod 4,400 4,400 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 150 150 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,000 1,000 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 3,000 3,000 Site Grading & Drainage Improvements 15,000 -0- Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 14,001 6,425 TOTAL $130,676 $59,970 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $130,676 to $59,970 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the Watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of July 18, 1983 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer.
