4 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on ath day of Jul 1583,

Cowncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptlon:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 371
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR DEAN R. JOHNSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
INC. FOR CREEKSIDE OF PLYMOUTH 2ND ADDITION (RPUD 82-02) (79018)
WHEREAS, Dean R. Johnson Construction Company, Inc. has reeuested approval of the Final
Plat for Creekside of Plymouth 2nd Addition a plat calling for 84 units in Phase II
of the development located south of County Road 9 and Polaris Lane and a Development
Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has reviewed -said request and recommends it approval;
and,
WHEREAS, Pity staff has prepared a Development Contract coverino the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Dean R. Johnson
Construction Company, Inc. for Final Plat approval of Creekside of Plymouth 2nd
Addition , a plat for 84 units in Phase II of the development located south of County
Road 9 and Polaris Lane.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that th� Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
