Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
noved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-370
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License
has been received from Michael Paul Wagner, 15910 26th Ave. N., Plymouth,
MN 55447, and Larry Wolner, 3644 Aldrich Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN 55409,
to sell fruit and vegetables from various locations within Plymouth in
accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, the applications have been reviewed and approved by the Police
Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the applications of Michael Paul Wagner and Larrj
Wolner for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License are approved
for a period expiring December 31, 1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconr��'�-y
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken 4herson, tii
