Councilmemher Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 369
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License
has been received from Marilyn Louise Sturm, 12301 Ridgedale Drive, Minnetonka
MN 55343, to sell hot dogs at Zachary Park in the City of Plymouth in
accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, the application has been reviewed and approved by the Police
Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Marilyn Louise Sturm for
Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants license be approved for a period
ending December 31, 1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
